The 40k Christmas Countdown
The 40k Christmas Countdown is the Christmas campaign done for Guts Casino. The brief and initial idea was to illustrate a traditional Christmas-style advent calendar. The campaign would be split into 6 parts, therefore each part would be represented by a window/door.
My idea was to create a 3D style calendar, spread out over a wintery Christmas environment, where door-like portals would feature as the gateway to each part of the promo. Appearing out of each door would be casino game characters and assets that relate to each necessary part of the promo. Each door/part of the promo contained a different colour to differentiate and help give emphasis between each part to the player.
Teaser
A teaser image was created and promoted in the weeks building up to the launch of the campaign. The teaser image gave a taster of what the full promo would look like, emphasised by a preview of a duo tone doorway featuring game characters from a mix casino of games related to both the promo and Christmas.
Campaign Logo
A logo was designed to accompany the visuals and give prominence to the name of the campaign. The design embodies the overall theme of Christmas, employing a reflective style utilising soft pink and purple hues thus to compliment the visuals.
Main Banner
The main campaign banner consisted of a mash up of various aspects relating to key points in the campaign. A mix of games from each part of the promo were presented among the various portal doors which emerged from one another to help visualise the concept in one artwork.
Overall Campaign Banners
Each part of the promo featured different casino games using game assets emerging from the relevant doors. Additional doors were displayed in the background relating to the upcoming parts thus to help visualise a sequence and continuation to the campaign.

Social Media
The overall campaign artwork was adapted and converted into an animation to use on social media. Adding movement and animation was the perfect media to visualise and highlight the mechanics and concept of the promo, showing the doors illuminate and emerge out of each other together with the casino assets.
